About
Coaching and support to help you improve and maintain your health
About me
Hello - my name is Clea. I have had the privilege of being a GP since 2012, and I have a strong interest in both mental wellbeing and in the use of lifestyle interventions to prevent and help manage chronic disease. I am an accredited health coach and a Medicare-registered provider of Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS). I have a love of ongoing learning in these areas, and I am currently completing a masters in Lifestyle Medicine through James Cook University.
Whilst I enjoy using these skills in my general practice work, I have founded Resonance Lifestyle to be able to offer both health coaching and counselling as stand-alone services separate from my general practitioner role, allowing me to conduct longer appointments with a focus on wellbeing.
Outside of work I am a mum to two school-aged children, and enjoy reading, walking, cooking and camping.
